This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Gray Tiger Technology Co., Limited (the service provider of MasBrowser, hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “MasBrowser”) and you (the “User” or “you”).
This Agreement applies to all MasBrowser products and services provided through websites, software clients, and any other forms that may arise with technological development.
Before using MasBrowser services, please read this Agreement carefully and fully understand all terms, especially those relating to limitation of liability, disclaimers, and dispute resolution, which may be highlighted in bold or otherwise emphasized.
If you have not read or do not agree to all terms of this Agreement, please do not download, install, or use the MasBrowser software or related services.
By clicking “Agree,” downloading, installing, accessing, or using MasBrowser software and related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
You further acknowledge that these terms constitute legally binding rules (“Terms of Service”). In addition, the MasBrowser Privacy Policy and other policies published by MasBrowser from time to time form an integral part of this Agreement.
MasBrowser reserves the right to modify this Agreement from time to time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you through announcements on our official website or by email. Continued use of MasBrowser services after modifications will be deemed acceptance of the revised Agreement.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by MasBrowser.
If you violate any provision of this Agreement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. You acknowledge that you use MasBrowser services at your own risk.
1.1 Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of contractual capacity in your jurisdiction to register a MasBrowser account. Minors may only use MasBrowser with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
1.2 Registration Information You must register a MasBrowser account and create a password. You are required to provide true, accurate, complete, and valid information (including but not limited to email address and phone number) and promptly update such information to maintain its accuracy. You must not register using false, invalid, or third-party information.
1.3 Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account. MasBrowser shall not be liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of your account information. 1.4 Identity Verification To ensure account security, MasBrowser may require identity verification (such as facial recognition) when necessary. You authorize MasBrowser to collect your identification information (such as name, ID number, and facial image) and verify it with qualified third-party institutions. You acknowledge that biometric technologies have inherent limitations, and MasBrowser shall not be responsible for the accuracy of verification results.
1.5 Lawful Use You must not use MasBrowser for any illegal, infringing, or unauthorized purposes and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to laws related to data protection, privacy, and intellectual property.
2.1 License MasBrowser grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use your MasBrowser account.

4.1 Pricing and Payment MasBrowser pricing information will be published on the official website and user dashboard. We reserve the right to modify prices or service content at any time.
4.2 Refund Policy Except where required by applicable law, all MasBrowser paid services are non-refundable. By purchasing or subscribing to MasBrowser services, you acknowledge and agree that: 1.All payments are final and non-refundable once processed. 2.Subscription services, service time already used, or resources already consumed are not eligible for refunds or partial refunds. 3.If you do not wish to continue using the service, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will only affect future billing periods and will not result in a refund for the current billing period. 4.In rare cases where required by law or determined by MasBrowser at its sole discretion, an exception refund may be issued.
MasBrowser reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons and may delete your account and related data without liability for compensation.
If you violate this Agreement, engage in illegal activities, or harm MasBrowser’s business interests, we may immediately terminate your services.

6.1 Ownership The MasBrowser software, website, and all related content (including but not limited to text, graphics, icons, interface designs, and structural layouts) are exclusively owned by Gray Tiger Technology Co., Limited or its licensors.
6.2 Restrictions Without authorization, you may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or sell MasBrowser trademarks, logos, or intellectual property in any form.
7.1 Privacy Protection MasBrowser respects and protects user privacy. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the MasBrowser Privacy Policy.
7.2 Confidential Information You must keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information obtained through the use of MasBrowser services and must not disclose such information to any third party.
7.3 Feedback Any suggestions, feedback, bug reports, or improvement ideas (“Feedback”) you provide to MasBrowser shall become the exclusive property of MasBrowser. You agree to irrevocably assign all intellectual property rights in such Feedback to MasBrowser free of charge.
8.1 “As-Is” Basis MasBrowser services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranty of uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
8.2 Third-Party Services MasBrowser assumes no responsibility for risks arising from third-party plugins, APIs, or external integrations.
8.3 User Responsibility You are solely responsible for using MasBrowser services and should regularly back up all important data.
8.4 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, MasBrowser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. MasBrowser’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.1 Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
9.2 Arbitration Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its then-effective Arbitration Rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
9.3 No Class Actions All disputes must be brought in an individual capacity and not as part of a class action or collective arbitration.
10.1 Severability If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10.2 Information Updates You must promptly notify MasBrowser of any changes to your account information or contact details.
